Cohort Management Officer
Job Description:
Oversee day-to-day office management tasks related to the Cybersecurity Center.
Coordinate and manage Cybersecurity Training Cohorts.
Communicate effectively with trainees to ensure smooth program execution.
Organize and arrange meetings, prepare agendas, and record meeting minutes.
Manage and maintain the Cybersecurity Center website and content.
Plan, organize, and coordinate seminars, workshops, and events.
Prepare and submit regular reports to stakeholders.
Undertake any other tasks as assigned by the supervisor
Qualifications & Requirements:
BSc in Computer Science and Engineering (CSE) or an equivalent degree.
Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask effectively.
Excellent communication skills in both English and Bangla (written and spoken).
Familiarity with website management and content updating.
Previous experience in coordinating training programs or events will be an advantage.
