Position Title: Contingent Staff – HEAT FabLab Project for School of Engineering & Physical Sciences (SEPS)

Duration: 2 years (renewable every 6 months, conditions applied)

Location: North South University, Bashundhara, Dhaka‑1229

Responsibilities

• Support day‑to‑day administrative tasks assigned by the Sub‑Project Manager (SPM) and the Sub-Project Management Team.
• Provide routine office support, including photocopying, filing, and document handling.
• Assist in maintaining records of procurement, training, and workshops.
• Deliver logistical support during seminars, training programs, and outreach activities.
• Help with correspondence, messenger duties, and coordination between project offices.

Qualifications

• Minimum HSC or equivalent.
• Basic proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel).
• Strong organizational skills and willingness to learn.
• Prior experience in office support roles will be an advantage.

Employment Terms

• Contract Period: 2 years (reviewed every 6 months, and renewal based on satisfactory performance)
• Remuneration: As per UGC HEAT Project policy.
