Assistant officer
Key Responsibilities
Draft and review letters, notices, agreements, MoUs, affidavits, legal opinions, and memorandum
Assist in contract vetting, legal research, and risk identification.
Support court matters, maintain case files, and coordinate with external lawyers
Manage physical and digital legal documentation with strict confidentiality
Assist in regulatory correspondence and compliance monitoring
Other ancillary work
Educational Requirements
Must have LL.B degree from a recognized university with Masters degree in any discipline.
Experience
2–3 years of relevant experience preferred (legal practice/corporate/university legal office)
Skills & Competencies
Strong drafting and vetting skills
Proficient in MS Office
Excellent communication skills in English and Bangla
Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of maintaining confidentiality
Stakeholder management
