Position Name:
Laboratory Officer
Job Description:
Setting up the equipment needed for classes that combine instruction and practical demonstrations.
Assisting faculty members in conducting laboratory classes and relevant research activities.
Maintaining sophisticated laboratory equipment.
Helping research students to conduct their research projects.
Carrying out any additional tasks that may occasionally be delegated by the authorities.
Any other tasks assigned by the NSU Authority.
Academic Qualification:
M. Pharm with B. Pharm from a recognized university in Bangladesh/abroad.
Experience:
Should be conversant with laboratory techniques related to Pharmaceutical Sciences.
Candidates with prior experience in working with laboratory animals will be given preference.
Candidates must have 2 to 3 years of practical laboratory experience at least in academic/research institutes.
Age: Not exceeding 32 years.
Pay Scale: Tk. 25,383-2,538-63,456 (as per NSU policy).
Other Terms and Conditions:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, supervisory experience, and well-conversant in computer applications.
Willingness to work on holidays and after office hours, if necessary.
Third division/ class/ equivalent CGPA of the candidates in any educational level will not be accepted.
