Research Officer
Job Description:
Participate in and accomplish daily official activities.
Understand research proposal, data collection techniques, project scope, target groups, study site, etc.
Work with supervisor to write research proposals and manuscripts.
Quality assurance of data and feedback to the supervisor on filed activities if necessary.
Analyze data using the specific data analysis software and report writing.
Any other assignment assigned by the Director.
Essential Requirements:
Master’s degree with a Bachelor's in Public Health / Statistics / Nutrition / other related fields with good academic records.
Knowledge of data literature review, collection tools, methodologies, data analysis, and compilation.
Should have 2-3 years of public health research experience and a decent publication history.
Age: Not exceeding 32 years.
Pay Scale: Tk. 25,383-2,538-63,456 (as per NSU policy).
Other Terms and Conditions:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills (both Bangla and English), supervisory experience, and well-conversant in computer applications and typing skills in Bangla and English.
Willingness to work on holidays and after office hours, if necessary.
Third division/ class/ equivalent CGPA of the candidates in any educational level will not be accepted.
