Position Name:

Assistant Lab Officer

Job Description:

1. Attend during the lab session.
2. Coordinate with the Lab Instructors for the proper functioning of the lab.
3. Deliver the required and necessary components required for the experiment.
4. Maintain record of the lab equipment.
5. Keep track of equipment inventory, and prepare equipment lists as necessary.
6. Fixing lab equipment with minor issues.
7. Coordinate with the Lab Coordinator and Department office.
8. Help the Lab coordinator and the Department to repair equipment and purchase new lab equipment and tools.
9. Any other tasks assigned by the supervisor.

Academic Qualification: Master’s degree in relevant discipline/lab with good standing (CGPA 3.0 and above) from a well-recognized university.

Experience: Candidates should have at least 2 to 3 years of practical work experience in any large organization/educational institution.

Age: Ideally 25-30 years.

Pay Scale: Tk. 15,999 - 1,600 - 39,998 (as per NSU policy).

Other Terms and Conditions:

1. Excellent verbal and written communication skills and well conversant in computer applications.
2. Willingness to work on holidays and after office-hours, if necessary.
3. Third division/ class/ equivalent CGPA of the candidates in any educational level will not be accepted.
