Job Description: Assistant officer is accountable to secretary BOT and perform duties but not limited to:
- Assist in managing the day-to-day operations of the Office of the Board of Trustees.
- Maintain official records, correspondence, and reports in an organized manner.
- Coordinate with university departments and units for smooth execution of Board-related activities.
- Prepare draft letters, memos, agendas, and minutes of meetings.
- Ensure confidentiality and accuracy in all communications and documents.
Academic Qualifications: Master’s degree in any discipline from a recognized university.
Skill & Experience:
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in the Office of the Board of Trustees of a reputed private university or Board of Director of Bank or reputed corporate office is preferable.
- Experience in administrative Coordination, preparing meeting minutes, handling confidential documents, and communicating with senior officials.
- Strong proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Able to meet deadlines of works.
Age : Not exceeding 30 years.
Salary: NSU policy (Negotiable).

- High level of integrity, professionalism, and time management ability.
